Questions for Bill Clinton about
Jeffrey Epstein

To
nobody's surprise, former president Bill Clinton declined to respond to a
subpoena from Congress to answer questions about Jeffrey Epstein. For
this reason, Congress is considering whether to charge him with contempt.
One might wonder whether this is even important, given that he would not have
told the truth anyway, and if history is any indication, there would have been
no consequences for his perjury. Even lies, half-lies and evasions can be
telling, however, and anything Clinton can tell us about his relation to
convicted sex trafficker Epstein would be helpful. With that in mind,
here are some questions that somebody, somewhere ought to ask him, regardless
of whether he ever appears to testify.

Ghislaine Maxwell told deputy attorney general Todd Blanche that it was she, and not
Jeffrey Epstein, who was your friend, and that she organized your overseas
trips on Epstein's plane. Is that true? If so, how did you happen to become friends
with her?
* Maxwell introduced her other
friend, Prince Andrew, to Jeffrey Epstein.
Was it also she who introduced you to Epstein? Assuming they did not procure underage female
accompaniment for you the same as they did for Andrew, why do you suppose they
didn't? Did they not think you would
like it?
* Did
Maxwell accompany you only while flying to and from your destinations? What did she and you do upon arriving
there?
* If these
trips involved your work for the Clinton Foundation, then where was your wife
while this was going on?
* Jeffrey
Epstein claimed to have had a role in creating the Clinton Global
Initiative. Is that accurate?
* Is the
involvement of people like Epstein in the Clinton Global Initiative the reason
it is so difficult to quantify anything it has actually accomplished?
* In 1986,
Arkansas restauranteur Dan Lasater was convicted of possessing and distributing
cocaine, some of which he gave to teenage girls to serve as entertainment at
his parties. When you and your brother
Roger attended parties at Lasater's house, were you entertained?
* As
governor, you pardoned Lasater in 1990.
What argument was presented to you that convinced you this was a
just outcome?
* For what
reason did Lasater deserve leniency that would not also apply to Epstein?
* Why did
you dramatically understate the number of visits you made to Lasater's home,
just as you did the number of flights you took on Epstein's plane?
* Do you
think someone who excused Lasater's behavior would be more or less likely to
subsequently become acquainted with Epstein?
* If you
really only knew Maxwell, and not Epstein, then why did you submit a page to
Epstein's birthday book that made it sound like you knew him?
* Can you
please provide examples of the "childlike curiosity" of Epstein's that you
referenced in that book
* Had Jeffrey Epstein denied having
"sexual relations" with the girls he brought to his island, would you have
believed him? Why or why not?
* Why did
you deny exposing yourself to Paula Jones, when you knew that she knew about
your "distinguishing characteristic?"
You're right, that's not germane to this line of questioning. Just testing you.
* When you
publicly lusted for the Incan mummy known as the Ice Princess, were you aware
that she was estimated to have been between 12 and 14 years old at the time she
was sacrificed over 500 years ago? Even
if you didn't know her age, were you not at least aware that she, being a
mummy, was very, very dead?
* At that
Democratic National Committee fundraising event, you said, "I don't know if
you've seen that mummy, but you know, if I were a single man, I might ask that
mummy out. That's a good-looking mummy!" Why would your marriage suddenly have made a
difference to you in this particular case?
Is cheating on your wife with an extremely dead and partially decomposed
prepubescent girl where you draw the line?
* If you
don't like being associated with child-abusing perverts, then why did you
accept the assistance of Hustler magazine founder Larry Flynt during
your impeachment, when he launched a massive opposition research campaign
against your enemies, and made frequent media appearances on your behalf?
* Flynt
said you once approached him and shook his hand, and said, "I just want you to
know you're my hero." Is this true?
* You know
Hustler published nude pictures of children, right? Of course you do.
